E. L. Wiegand Remodel

To the families of the E. L. Wiegand Early Learning Program:

We are excited to announce our facility is going through some upgrades over the coming months! These upgrades include the addition of a front vestibule, improvements to the exterior of the building, and overall enhancements that will improve the functionality and security of the facility.

At the Early Learning Center, our top priority is the safety of our children. These upgrades will not only improve safety for children and parents alike, addressing current trip hazards and installing a new security system, but will also improve the aesthetics of the facility and create an overall enhanced experience.

Of course, with any construction project, there will be times where there is some inconvenience to our families. This could include changing of classrooms for some age groups, closing off portions of the parking lot, and closing down the front entrance and using a back door for entrance. Please know these disruptions are only temporary and will in no way inhibit the education of your child or their safety and security.

Construction will begin August 3rd and we will keep you apprised of its progress. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact myself or Brittina Kogon Hill at (775) 322-9030. Thank you for your patience during this process.  When all is said and done, we know we will have an even better center to serve you and your family.

Sincerely,

Kim Stevens
